Pre Orders
How often do you launch new pre orders?
We strive to launch 2 pre-orders monthly, although it is not guaranteed.
Where can I see past pre orders?
To keep in the loop on pending orders, check out our VIP Facebook page 'Grace and Glory Smocks VIP' or our Instagram GraceandGlorySmocks. You can also email us at Support@GraceandGlorySmocks.com for any questions regarding your order.
Can I order custom outfits?
You may order any design we've previously produced as a custom, but we are not currently offering new custom designs. Please reach out to us at Customs@GraceandGlorySmocks.com to purchase any previously produced outfit.
Ready to Ship
How often do you add ready to ship items?
We always recommend getting the items you love by pre-ordering, as ready to ship items are super scarce! No guarantees on extras, but if we have any, they're up for grabs after all the pre-order items are fulfilled!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Evans, GA. You can choose this option during checkout and once your items are ready you will get an email will all the pickup details!
When will my items ship?
Pre-Order items all have around a 12 week ETA of being shipped to us, once we have the items in hand we will ship them out within 5 to 7 business days.
Everything else on our site will ship within 5 to 7 businesses days from us receiving the order, unless custom embroidery was added then it will ship within 14 business days!

How do I see the wholesale table?
Click the "Wholesale" button at the bottom of our website and log in to view and order items at wholesale price.
