Refund policy
• All Sales Final: All sales are final and non-refundable. Defective items may be eligible for store credit.
• Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Discounted and Sale Items: Items purchased with a discount code or on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Additionally, we do not provide replacements or further discounts for manufacturing defects on these items.
• Inspect Your Items: Please carefully check your items upon receipt. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Support@GraceandGlorySmocks.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Returning Defective Items: If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, you will have 10 days to mail the item back to us with the provided return label and tracking information.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unworn and unwashed.
• If the defective item is not mailed within the 10-day timeframe, it will no longer be eligible for exchange.
• Resolution for Defective Items:
• If an identical item is unavailable for exchange, a store credit will be issued for use on GraceandGlorySmocks.com.
• Store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
