Minimums

All orders require a $200 minimum and 5 items per style. Orders below these requirements will be canceled and incur a 20% inconvenience fee, failure to pay the fee will result in account deactivation.

Submitting Orders

All orders must be placed on the website through the Wholesale table. It is your responsibility to login to your account before placing an order to view wholesale pricing. Discount codes are not eligible for wholesale orders. If you checkout using a discount code, you will get an invoice for the price discrepancy, failure to pay the invoice will result in your order being refunded and possible account deactivation. Refunds are not offered for wholesale orders placed at retail prices due to not using the wholesale table. Differences will be offered via store credit if we must adjust pricing on our end.

Shipping

Wholesale customers are responsible for entire shipping costs. Wholesale orders will be charged a $14 Flat Rate at checkout. Shipping overages will be invoiced separately. All orders must be paid-in-full, Split pay is not offered to wholesale accounts. Once received, shipping invoices are due Immediately.

Processing Duration

 All wholesale items are pre orders, please review the ETA of the items before placeing your order. Once the item has shipped to us we will get it to you within 7 to 10 business days.

Reporting mistakes/detected items

Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order of any mistakes or defective items. Contact us by e-mail at wholesale@GraceandGlorySmocks.com to report them.

Defective Items: Defective Items

Please inspect all of the items in each shipment carefully for defects in stitching and assembly. We are happy to issue replacements or refunds when the defects are reported to us within 7 days of you receiving your shipment.

Returns

We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items and offer store credit. Please contact us at wholesale@GraceandGlorySmocks.com.

Resale of Items

For pricing consistency, and to keep things fair to everyone, we expect for all wholesale accounts to sell current season merchandise at retail. We are committed to providing competitive prices and fair trade for all. We always provide suggested pricing guidelines for every order. If we find out that anyone is reselling our items at wholesale or near wholesale prices, we reserve the right to Refuse Future Business with you. You are not allowed to sell on third-party sites such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. If you have any questions about pricing of items please contact us at wholesale@GraceandGlorySmocks.com.

Inactive Accounts

 Accounts not reaching $300 for a running 6 Months will lose wholesale privileges.

Facebook Pre-order Groups

We will allow LIMITED Facebook pre order groups under the following guidelines:

1. You must allow us access to your facebook group.
2. You must be selling the items at retail price.
3. It must be communicated that these items are designed by Grace and Glory Smocks but your customers are to contact you with any questions regarding their order. **These items will ship to you with a Grace and Glory Smocks tag. You can add your own store tag but our sewn in tag can not be removed from the item**
4. The ETA is labeled the same as what it is listed as on our website.
5. Your order must close 24 hours before mine, this ensure you have time to place your order through my website before I close it and remove it.
6. Must meet MOQ and order minimum as stated above.

Purges on Facebook BST Pages

We will allow Facebook BST purges under the following guidelines:

If you post product on Facebook BST pages, you must have the product in hand.

1. You must be selling the items at retail.
2. It must be communicated that you are not affiliated with Grace and Glory Smocks and your customers are to contact you with questions regarding their orders.
3. If we find out you are underpricing products or if you sell products you don't have in stock, your account will be removed from wholesale access immediately.
