• All Sales Final: All sales are final and non-refundable. Defective items may be eligible for store credit. 
• Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Discounted and Sale Items: Items purchased with a discount code or on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Additionally, we do not provide replacements or further discounts for manufacturing defects on these items.
• Inspect Your Items: Please carefully check your items upon receipt. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Support@GraceandGlorySmocks.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Returning Defective Items: If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, you will have 10 days to mail the item back to us with the provided return label and tracking information.
          • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unworn and unwashed.
          • If the defective item is not mailed within the 10-day timeframe, it will no longer be eligible for exchange.
• Resolution for Defective Items:          • If an identical item is unavailable for exchange, a store credit will be issued for use on GraceandGlorySmocks.com.          • Store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.

• Address Changes: If your address changes before your order is shipped, it is your responsibility to contact us at Support@GraceandGlorySmocks.com to request an address update. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if your package is returned or lost due to an outdated address.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Grace and Glory Smocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Route shipping insurance. We highly recommend this option to protect your items in case they are lost or undelivered by USPS.

• Manufacturing Defects: Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you notice any manufacturing defects, you must report them to Support@GraceandGlorySmocks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Defective items must be shipped back to us within 10 days using the provided return label. If the item is not mailed within this timeframe, it will no longer be eligible for exchange. Return labels are only issued for items with confirmed defects.

• Shipping: We ship anywhere within the United States. Orders take 3-5 business days to process unless stated otherwise, after which you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on USPS guidelines. Estimated delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of your items and USPS timelines.
